In collaboration with the Tech Club, this event will explore career paths, challenges, and opportunities in the tech space. On March 10, Women in Business hosted a Sweetgreen food drop to give members a quick, healthy break during a busy week. Students had the chance to grab a fresh meal, connect with peers, and recharge between classes and commitments. The event created a relaxed space for community building while reinforcing the importance of prioritizing wellness throughout the semester.
WiB members gathered in the Rich Reading Room to celebrate Galentine’s Day with an evening of creativity, connection, and community.
The event brought together graduate students for bracelet making, pizza, and meaningful conversations in a relaxed setting. It was a chance to pause from the pace of business school, celebrate one another, and strengthen the supportive network that makes WiB special.

On February 6, Women in Business partnered with the Program Office to participate in the MBA Women’s Galentine’s Happy Hour, welcoming prospective and admitted Full-Time and Evening MBA students.
WiB members attended the event to connect with future Scheller students, share their experiences, and offer insight into life both inside and outside the classroom. The evening provided a valuable opportunity for admitted students to ask questions, build early connections, and get a sense of the supportive community that defines Scheller.

On January 27th, Women in Business teamed up with Blacks in Business for a joint social at Apotheos Midtown.
It was a fun and relaxed evening where members from both organizations had the chance to connect, catch up, and meet new faces across the Scheller graduate community. The event created a great space to unwind after class while building meaningful cross-community relationships.
We loved collaborating with BiB and bringing our communities together. Events like this are a big part of what makes WiB special — creating opportunities to connect beyond the classroom.
On November 21, Women in Business came together at Sebastian Pintxos Bar to celebrate the close of a strong fall semester and all that our community accomplished.
The evening was a chance to reflect on the growth, leadership, and impact that shaped the semester — from professional events to meaningful connections across Scheller. With drinks, tapas, and great conversations, members gathered to recognize the energy and commitment that define WiB.
It was a fitting way to wrap up the semester and look ahead to what’s next for our community.
On November 10, Women in Business hosted a one-hour virtual alumni panel featuring former Scheller students who shared insights from their career journeys beyond business school.
During the session, alumni discussed their professional paths, key decisions along the way, and lessons learned since graduating. They also offered practical advice and answered questions from current MBA students navigating their own career goals.
The panel created a valuable space for reflection, mentorship, and connection — reinforcing WiB’s commitment to supporting members both during their time at Scheller and long after graduation.

On October 4, WiB members gathered for a fun and creative Paint & Sip event that brought our community together in a relaxed setting.
The evening offered a chance to unwind, explore our artistic sides, and connect beyond academics and career conversations. From first-time painters to seasoned creatives, everyone enjoyed stepping away from the classroom and sharing laughs over canvases and conversation.

On March 7, 2025, the Program Office and Women in Business partnered to host a Women’s Workshop focused on conquering imposter syndrome.
The session brought together graduate students, along with alumni and prospective students, for an engaging conversation around confidence, self-advocacy, and navigating moments of doubt. Attendees explored practical strategies to recognize and overcome imposter syndrome in academic and professional settings.
Following the workshop, participants continued the conversation at a networking reception at El Valle, building connections across cohorts and generations of Scheller women.
