Krushna Patel is a first-year Evening MBA student concentrating in Product Design & Innovation. She’s passionate about making WiB a true pillar of support — where members can find comfort, build skills, discover opportunities, and hear diverse perspectives that shape both their professional and personal journeys. Outside of school, Krushna loves learning languages and currently speaks four. She leads with authenticity, encouragement, diversity, and community-first energy.

Cindel Webb is a first-year Evening MBA student concentrating in Business Analytics and Strategy & Innovation. With over 11 years of experience in the airline industry, she brings deep expertise in strategy, pricing, analytics, and customer experience. Known for her proactive leadership style, Cindel excels at driving data-informed decisions and collaborating across teams to optimize revenue outcomes. She sees Women in Business as an inclusive space to build leadership skills, expand professional networks, and create meaningful, fun experiences that support growth for all members.

Grace Zheng is a first-year MSMGT student concentrating in Management. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Information Systems and Marketing and has professional experience spanning operations, marketing, and banking.
